Stage six of the USA Pro Challenge was the decisive day. An uphill, high altitude time trial through Vail Pass. Time trials are called the “race of truth” for a reason – each rider primarily battles his own capacity for pain, and once again, the elements came into play with another summer monsoon rolling over the course.
