Volta ao Algarve | Stage Five | Almodovar to Vilamoura

Stage five was a chance for the sprinters, with the only flat run-in to the finish line over the five days of racing at Volta ao Algarve. The Orange & Black assembled as planned on the final laps, delivering the team’s sprinters to a chance at the finish. Unfortunately, they were boxed in the narrow, twisty final kilometer and were not able to contest the sprint. Despite the missed opportunity, it was a fantastic week for the team and bodes well for the 2015 season.
